- **Customer Service:** Attend to passenger needs by offering assistance, serving food and beverages, and addressing any inquiries to enhance their travel experience.
- **Cabin Inspection:** Conduct checks of the cabin before, during, and after flights to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a welcoming environment for passengers.
- **Emergency Procedures:** Be prepared to act in emergencies, demonstrating knowledge of safety procedures and leading passengers to safety if necessary.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with pilots and other cabin crew members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, fostering a team-oriented environment.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should be high school graduates (12th pass) with no previous experience required, though a passion for customer service is essential.
