job responsibilities :
• to generate business in all product categories - pillows, foam, spring, furniture & furnishing as per the given targets on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis, strictly abiding the current company's trade policy (tp)
• to keep the outstanding at the minimum/ as per company's norms.
• to keep a watch on the market changes and give input for the same.
• to make calls to the dealers
• to make institutional calls to pitch sales.
• to increase the dealer network by appointing new dealers.
• to reactivate the old partners.
• to ensure proper product & brand display at dealer counters.
• to maintain good relationship with the dealers.
• to redress the customer complaints.
• to ensure that dealer is practicing kurlon ethics of mrp etc.
