Job Responsibilities :
To generate business in all product categories - Pillows, foam, spring, furniture & furnishing as per the given targets on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis, strictly abiding the current Company's Trade Policy (TP)
To keep the outstanding at the minimum/ as per company's norms.
To keep a watch on the market changes and give input for the same.
To make calls to the dealers
To make institutional calls to pitch sales.
To increase the dealer network by appointing new dealers.
To reactivate the old partners.
To ensure proper product & brand display at dealer counters.
To maintain good relationship with the dealers.
To redress the customer complaints.
To ensure that dealer is practicing Kurlon ethics of MRP etc.
