• provide legal advice and support to the business on all aspects of its operations, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property,
and employment law.
• draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and non-disclosure agreements.
• represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• manage the company's legal compliance program.
• stay up to date on changes in the law and ensure that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
• develop and implement the company's internal audit plan.
• lead and supervise the execution of internal audits.
• identify and assess risks to the company's operations and financial reporting.

• report audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
