What you will be doing-
“You will be Building Citrus sales vertical grounds up & achieve market share in reefer spaceâ€.
â— Build the business from grounds up & position citrus freight as reefer specialist company with maximizing market share over next 3 years.
â— Build a strong team of managers & associates and set a strong culture of ownership, problem solving & customer centric within the organisation
â— Identify & scope out the sales landscape within the country to build sales strategy to target key sales segments
â— Build relationships with Enterprise & SME clients and see how the company can help them grow their trade globally
â— Help identify & grow the network of channel partners whom we can work closely with target key SME segments and accelerate our business
â— Set up best practices across the organisation based on industry standards & other country operations while at the same time capturing local nuances to ensure the best-in-class experience for both consumers & supply partners.
