roles and responsibilities :
- research prospective b2b/b2c accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through
to a successful agreement
- understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and
which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- generating new leads, converting them, and generating revenue for the business
- coordinate with the marketing team and sales team to create contract- winning proposals for
current and prospective clients by framing creative content, ideas, and strategies
- contact potential clients through video/ voice calls, messages, and emails
- negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- become a subject matter expert on business products, processes, operations, and remain
up-to-date on industry news
- aiming to meet and exceed the sales target
required skills :
- bachelors/ master's degree in any field
- min 2 years of proven work experience in sales/ business development or similar role
- demonstrated experience in b2b/ b2c sales
- hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calling, lead generation, end to
end sales, market research, etc)
- excellent written and verbal skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- proficient in ms office, g suite, and sales-specific crm softwares
- ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- track record of achieving sales quotas
