Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDo)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Officer (BDo) to join our team. As a BDo, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to ensure the long-term growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

• Participate in the development of pricing strategies, sales plans, and budgets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful project delivery.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network, promote the company, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Any Degree or PUC.

• Understanding of market trends and dynamics.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
