We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team in the heart of Kolkata. This is an entry-level role designed for freshers who are eager to start a career in sales, build professional networks, and learn the fundamentals of client acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, identifying new customer opportunities, and representing our brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Proactively approach and engage with potential clients to introduce our products.
Sales Execution: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through effective persuasion and product demonstration.
Market Awareness: Gather feedback from the market to help us improve our offerings and better serve our customers.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with new clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of sales activities and report progress to the team lead.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Mindset: Goal-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and/or English.
Energy: High level of enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
Requirement: A smartphone is mandatory for managing leads and reporting.
