we are currently seeking a business development manager - institutions to lead our business
development and opportunity qualification activities within institution. this position reports
to the ceo/coo and will be focusing on institutional acquisition and help in fast geo expansion across the country.
business development manager - institutions will be a key representative of the company in the
operating out of delhi/noida and will likely need to travel extensively.

• communicating service to prospective institutions
• generate sales leads and achieve the required budgets
• pitching services to institutions and relevant government bodies
• working towards managing productive relationship with institutions
• identifying the appropriate services required @ institutions
• informing and creating awareness about the offerings and services
• developing and managing network of contacts outside the company
• competitor analysis
• marketing and institute outreach, working with ceo/coo
operational and sales strategy
• procure the correct databases to help the business and revenue grow
• identifying strategies to increase execution efficiency
• focusing on call to institution and thereby candidate acquisition conversion
strategy.
• liaison with government bodies for relevant candidate acquisition
• maximize candidate acquisition through institutional tie up
• target planning and formulating strategies to achieve the same.
• review performance weekly.

• utilizing crm systems, developing metrics and dashboards.
• experience with marketing communications
• excellent presentation and communication skills
desired qualification
• mba marketing
• 2-3 years of relevant business development experience.
