Roles & Responsibilities:

monitor actively the work of the marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.

negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.

create exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.

collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

Requirements:

1.• Must have Market Knowledge

2.• Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role

3.• Experience in Customer Support is an addition

4.• Must have Time Management & planning skill
