roles & responsibilities:

monitor actively the work of the marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.

negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.

create exclusive distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.

collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.
