- candidates should have excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills along with a good understanding of us federal and state contract procurement processes.

- the individual will be a key member of the proposal development and biding team aiding in developing and winning proposal responses.

- the candidate must have solid experience in it solutions and us staffing for rfps/rfis/rfqs response creation.

- guide, monitor and research business opportunities for federal it solution/staffing rfps/rfis/rfqs

- analyze rfps/rfis/rfqs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices

- research and gather technical and business information for use in proposal development activities

- analyze and develop technically accurate written content

- ensure compliance with proposal requirements

- manage and coordinate with team members for successful delivery of proposals within specified time frame

- assist in maintaining and updating a database of information pertaining to proposals, including but not limited to: past performances, references, technical write-ups, management approaches, etc.

- ensure proposals have zero spelling and grammatical errors (. english)

- be quick and thorough in developing responses to rfps/rfis and managing team of business analysts.
