Role Name : Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities :
● Acquiring new clients and top agencies across the United States for IT job
markets
● Identify and map prospective clients
● Should be responsible for cultivating new relationships, managing the sales
pipeline, and forecasting revenue monthly/quarterly.
● Negotiating the terms with clients and closing sales
● Designing and implementing a recruiting strategy to grow accounts
● Research and development to identify market needs and compliance
● Responsible for building a company portfolio
Qualifications & Skills Needed:-
● 07+ years' prior industry related business development manager experience.
● Proactive personality who can identify new clients.
● Strong individual to manage their diaries and sales pipelines.
● Achieving key performance benchmarks.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
