We are looking for an excellent Field Manager for a well knowned Logistics and Shipping Company to formulate a professional Sales & Client Servicing that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizes growth within the existing client base and from new lead source.
Note - Job location can be any city of India. Interview will be in BBSR.
Job Role:
Management & developing marketing plans and strategies
Visit customer place and inspect, consult and create quotation.
Must have Good marketing skills along with the ability to manage all customer leads.
Maintain and report details of sales regularly.
Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and HO.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to grow business.
Followup leads and continuous contact with the clients.
Pre and post followups and closing the deal.
Manage and hire executives to manage his business.
Clients issue handle with mail and phone.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer support staff.
Procure and manage the business asset to make business smooth.
Candidate Should Have:
Good communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing.
Should have good speaking skills in English & Hindi is a must, Other languages will be added advantage.
Sales and results-oriented, pro-active and possess a positive work attitude.
Ability to communicate across diverse teams.
Willing to move any city in India.
Willingness to travel in the city and visit the client's place.
