Business Development Manager (Male)

Objective of the Role:

• Executive and oversee a business strategy that priorities growth and positive customer ratings.

• Maintain positive professional relationship with the clients.

• Monitor a Sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are met.

• Train sales professional & help them to improve their skills.

Responsibility:

• Have to create 4 executive distributors in their observation period. Duration of observation period maximum- 4 month.

• Create executive distributor according to their convenient location as per the company vacancy.

• Must choose a fresh person for our exclusive distributor.

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum age 30 or above.

• Proven record of sales growth.

• Minimum 3 year or above experiences in customer services, marketing or sales related fields.

• Sharp negotiation and networking skill.

Salary: 30,000-42,000
