role overview:

you’ll work closely with me to manage and grow various digital initiatives. key responsibilities include:

1. income strategy – identify monetization opportunities through podcasting, partnerships, or digital channels.

2. instagram growth – research and coordinate with the right person/platform to scale our presence.

3. guest outreach – find and connect with relevant podcast guests.

4. content management – coordinate daily content posting on platforms like instagram, youtube, etc.

5. coordination – act as a bridge between me, our marketing agency, and business consultants.

6. must-haves – excellent communication skills, proficiency in excel & powerpoint.

7. admin support- assist with scheduling, documentation, and other operational tasks.

work mode:

• hybrid – 4 days from our south delhi office, 2 days wfh

• travel reimbursement: provided for work-related travel

• performance incentives: up to rs. /-/month
