experience and responsibilities:

• strong experience in it international business development, team building and partners alliances

• primary business development experience should be related to big data solutions, data warehouse solution and analytics tool like qlik sense, power bi or any other open-source analytic tool.

• secondary business development experience is considered for salesforce and open-source solution

• identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs

• nurture leads and covert into opportunities

• should have experience to building and managing a team

• should have good hands on in making client proposal

• should have good track records to meet targets at satisfactory level

• should have good exposure in usa international market and hold on usa based customer

• should have good negotiation skills

• should have good exposure in working with service-based companies

• should be able to travel to domestic or outside india for deal closing or any other sales activity for company

• should have strong experience in client management and team management

• should have exposure in building a practice on any it technology stack in experience

• should be open to work on other technologies business development like salesforce, open-source technologies as per company requirement

• should have valid passport without having any blacklist history in visa for any country

• should have a good problem-solving attitude

• should have good communications skills
