Minimum 3+ years of experience in domestic staffing business development.
Must have strong sales and client acquisition background.
Must have good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.
Lead generation, email campaigns, Campaign Management, Market Research, and Overview Presentations.
Monitoring and analyzing every campaign across industries from generating database to onboarding clients.
Hands-on experience in all elements of the sales process from lead generation to contracts negotiations and closings.
Candidate should be able to develop new and existing customer relationships both at tactical and strategic level.
Good Communication, interpersonal Skills and a Team Player.
