INTERN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recommend the customer service to the management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Resolves the customer service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.

Performs assigned operational tasks and ensures adherence to high degree of accuracy whilst providing excellent the customer service and adhering to all appropriate process and procedure and enables department can achieve high performance.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Candidate should handle the inbound & outbound calls from the customer via..,
