Job Description

role scope:

sales associates primary responsibility is selling of high-end hair care products in the salon professional channel (primarily silver and gold channels). the role primarily involves delivery of sales numbers through planning & execution of trade plans & technical selling of the products to the salons.

major responsibilities:

• deliver sales targets

• maintain relationship with the existing salons/ clients

• hunt new accounts / clients- convert competitor salons into wella salons

• maintain relationship with distributor to the extent of managing relevant claims

• share secondary sales reports on timely basis

• plan & execute trade initiatives in the territory

• plan & execute salon visuals, beat plans etc

• resolution of issues & handling objections of customers

• delivering sales targets from 60% existing salon and 40% will be new salon client acquisition.

experience:

minimum 2-5 years of sales experience. minimum 5-7 years’ experience for senior seller. preferred industries – salon, prestige, fmcg, medical / pharmaceutical, insurance and other b2b industries.

education qualification:

minimum bachelor’s degree level from any recognized university in india. mba degree preferred
