Job Description

 promote tostem brand, ‘pre-engineered window’ concept with architects, interior designers &

builders

 making product / company capabilities presentations & sample demonstrations to

architects/builders and high network individuals

 generate enquiries / leads/ build sales pipeline

 understand customer requirements

 negotiate orders as per commercial terms, supply process and supply schedules

 stay involved from sales till closure, ensure customer is happy with product & service

 target and incentive based working

 must have good know how of microsoft powerpoint, excel and word.

 good communication skills.

 work as per the company laid policies, discipline and right attitude towards business development

and growth, reporting to director  female/male

 1-2 years’ experience or fresher.  civil/mechanical engineer, cad drafts person, or graduate in any field, should have flair for sales

and marketing

 passionate, smart and willing to learn and grow
