Job Profile:- Business Development Executive

No of Openings : 10

Work Timings : 10 am to 7 pm (Alternate Saturday OFF)

Location: Baner Pune

CTC: Rs /- to Rs 3,00,000/- + Monthly Incentive + Perks

Joining : Immediately Preferred (within 7 days also welcome)

@Requirements :

v Educational Criteria:

o Graduate in any stream (Freshers can Apply)

o Under Graduate with minimum of 1 Year of Experience in as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

@Work Experience

o Technical Knowledge in IT stream would be an added advantage

o Worked as an IT recruiter or HR recruiter would be an added advantage

o Great interpersonal skills.

o Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

o Strong organizational skills.

o Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

o Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

o Outstanding problem-solving skills.

o Exceptional attention to detail.

o Hard-working individual.

o Good time management abilities.

o Strong decision-making skills.
