Business Development Executive and Team Leader representative manages and negotiate with potential clients, garnering their support for the company. To be effective in this position must consistently achieve sales targets and generate new business.

2. Who do you call?

We will provide you with DATA and CRM access who to call.

3. What will you sell?

You will sell world class affordable payment solutions from Chip & PIN, e-Commerce, over the phone payments. And Funding Solutions. (Mainly merchant cash Advance.)

4. Will you get training?

Yes, go through the training process which will equip you with the right knowledge of the product.

5. Is there any salary or bonus or other Expense?

As mentioned more commission on achieving personal sales targets, overriding commission on team targets & performance bonus. More you or your team sell more you earn.

6. If you perform well, what progression do you get?

We are a young company which has a lot of potential to grow. You can increase your team from 5 to 10 and manage them. Get overridings on their commission. And Get extra incentive & bonus if you hit your target and KPIs

Experience in Cold Calling UK Process MUST

Experience to manage a team in BPO

Experience in tele sales

Be able to achieve targets and meet deadlines
