Job Description:
We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development Intern to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development Executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients you will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Maintain the sales MIS.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• On-board partners and get them trained for increasing demand
• Handle on-field exercises to on-board partners
• Participate in weekly Sales/Pipeline Review
• Engage in cold calling.
Requirements:
• Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
• Great networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
