Job role :Business Development Executives (BDEs) across districts of UP, Haryana & Uttarakhand
Job Description
• Candidates has to work from that District Head Quarter (HQ)
• Work involves field visit ( from candidate’s respective home )
• Reporting via Geo Tagged Mobile App
• Candidate needs to mobilize candidates for government recognized diploma courses ( Agriculture Diploma )
• Target segment for mobilization : Seed, Fertilizers , Pesticides shop owners, prospects from Anaz mandi, etc.
• Counsel the candidates on Course offerings & University
• Convert the leads to admission
• Maintain and update lead trackers
• Make at least 10 field visits per day
Eligibility : 12th pass candidate with sales bent of mind having good communication skill in Hindi & local language
Mandatory : Two Wheeler with valid driving licence
Remuneration:
Ranges between /- to 20,000/- pm plus 5000/- fixed Monthly allowance + per admission incentive
