Profile
To Manage day to day operations through a team and responsible towards the achievement of Sales Target with maximum customer satisfaction. Manage all the Sale & Operation related activities as set by the Management for the districts managed by Divisional Manager.
To develop innovative marketing programs that drive the sales and Empanelment
To handle Aucjunction and Rawmet line of Business
Manage monthly effective sales closing as per calendar
Setting yearly sales target as well as Individual sales target.
To Valuate scrap materials and quote for all auctions.
High value auctions above 10 L to be managed by DM across his districts assigned.
Willingness to transfer across India.
Monthly targets to be met in both the line of business.
Daily reports to be published to RM and Management.
