good command over english and regional language. preferably from metal industry/ manufacturing/ fmcg sales team. candidate should have managed a sales team of 8-10 executives. good knowledge of the geographies and the market of the districts he will manage.

• to manage day to day operations through a team and responsible towards the achievement of sales target with maximum customer satisfaction. manage all the sale & operation related activities as set by the management for the districts managed by divisional manager.
• to develop innovative marketing programs that drive the sales and empanelment
• to handle aucjunction and rawmet line of business
• manage monthly effective sales closing as per calendar
• setting yearly sales target as well as individual sales target.
• to valuate scrap materials and quote for all auctions.
• high value auctions above 10 l to be managed by dm across his districts assigned.
• willingness to transfer across india.
• monthly targets to be met in both the line of business.
• daily reports to be published to rm and management.
