requirement

● conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

● actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

● identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

● sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

● maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

● set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

● prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

● create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

● ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

● participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

● negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

● collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

● gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

● sales planning.

qualifications

● experience in sales.

● competency in english must be high.

● knowledge of ms office / google suite and crm softwares.

● ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.

● self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

● ability to create fine looking company branded ppts and the ability to deliver presentations to nail the projects.

● fast learner and a quick thinker.

● passionate about sales and with a natural instinct for sales.

● ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
