Job Description

DYNARM is a progressive firm providing services such as waterproofing and other protective treatments for large and medium-scale construction projects in all segments (residential, commercial, IT, retail, hospitals, hospitality, industrial, and education) in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamilnadu.

The requirement is for a smart, energetic, and dynamic young business development executive based in Bangalore, Karnataka.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and meet builders & developers, contractors, structural consultants, architects, and property management consultants.

Understand the market and the primary need of the clients in relation to our services.

Conduct product research and market study and be up to date with the needs and changes of the industry.

Be up to date with technical knowledge and literature of products used by Dynarm.

Present company values, products, & services to prospective clients.

Build and establish rapport with key influencers or decision makers.

Prepare and send quotations, attend techno-commercial meetings, close deals, and secure work orders.

Ensure steady flow of work orders.

Be up-to-date on the progress of projects by regular interaction with our project-management teams on or off site.

Maintain client relationship and ensure client satisfaction with relation to quality of work and project schedule.

Attend client meetings at head office and at site as scheduled.

Monitor billing of work and ensure quick receipt of payments.

Build and educate self and teammates on business strategies, technologies, and services.

Maintain effective and timely communication with our management to assess business development.

Achieve the given business targets as specified by the management from time to time.

Send detailed activity planners/reports on a daily basis via email.

Attend all internal business meetings held by us, which shall be intimated in advance.
