• interviewing and assessing franchise applicants and scheduling meeting with them.
• arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.
• management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to signup of a new franchise

• charismatic, competitive and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills
• excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• expertise in microsoft office
• tech-savvy, agile, proactive, and eager to learn attitude
