Job Description:
Sourcing for new potential franchisees
Focus on the sales and marketing of franchises to prospective buyers
Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business
development of franchise.
Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to
develop new franchisees for the business.
Understanding and responding to potential franchisees.
Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants and scheduling meeting with them.
Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.
Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to signup of a new franchise
Other requirements:
Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Charismatic, competitive and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office
Tech-savvy, agile, proactive, and eager to learn attitude
The logical, solution-oriented mindset with good analytical ability
Excellent written and verbal communication
Bachelors degree in any stream.
