Should have knowledge of working in educational institute or in furniture showroom
Open to travel and organize Site Visits as and when required by Clients and Organization.
Good Negotiation Skills
Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (number crunching) and Presentation (PPT) skills
Prepare benchmarking studies / competition analysis of assets relating to Orbits assets and market
Excellent communication skills and needs to be an aggressive Business Development operative
Has to have good CRM Skills.
Needs to prepare competition analysis and regularly update on market information
Work with Marketing Team to create campaigns and boost leasing and sales
Has to be a Team Player
Some basic Knowledge of Design and Technical aspects of furniture and other interior goods sales
Knowledge of Government Policies wrt furniture and interior goods
