Should have knowledge of working in educational institute or in furniture showroom

€¢ Good Negotiation Skills
€¢ Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (number crunching) and Presentation (PPT) skills
Prepare benchmarking studies / competition analysis of assets relating to Orbit€™s assets and market
€¢ Excellent communication skills and needs to be an aggressive Business Development operative
€¢ Has to have good CRM Skills.
€¢ Needs to prepare competition analysis and regularly update on market information
€¢ Work with Marketing Team to create campaigns and boost leasing and sales
€¢ Has to be a Team Player
€¢ Some basic Knowledge of Design and Technical aspects of furniture and other interior goods sales
€¢ Knowledge of Government Policies wrt furniture and interior goods
