Business Development Executive || Freshers & Experienced

job summary:

thikse software solution is looking for dynamic and result-oriented business development

executives to join our growing team. the role involves backend voice process (telecalling)

for clients like amazon and trade india, as well as opportunities in the banking sector for

credit card sales. candidates will engage in both b2b and b2c sales, handling office-based

and field sales responsibilities.

key responsibilities:

handle outbound and inbound calls for client acquisition.

contact potential business clients and individuals to generate leads and sales

opportunities.

promote and sell services for reputed clients such as amazon, trade india, and

leading banks (credit card sales).

maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and meetings.

manage sales records, update crm systems, and report daily activities to the team

lead.

coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

attend client meetings (field visits as required).

key skills required:

excellent communication and convincing skills (tamil and english; hindi is an

added advantage).

strong telecalling and customer handling abilities.

knowledge of b2b and b2c sales strategies.

target-oriented with a positive attitude.

basic computer knowledge (ms office, crm tools).

ability to work independently and as part of a team.

educational qualification:

bachelors degree in any discipline (mba in marketing/finance preferred but not

mandatory).

salary & benefits:

salary: 12,000 30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
