we are looking for a business development associate who is passionate about growth, communication, and digital innovation. the ideal candidate should be fluent in english, have a basic understanding of web development, and be eager to learn how to identify business opportunities, engage clients, and contribute to company growth. looking for freshers with good english and computer knowledge

key responsibilities:

identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking platforms.

assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

collaborate with the web development and marketing teams to understand product offerings.

maintain and update crm tools, track leads, and follow up on prospects.

conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.

support in developing strategies for client acquisition and retention.

communicate effectively with clients in english (both written and verbal).

required skills:

excellent english communication skills (written and spoken).

basic knowledge of web development, websites, or digital services.

strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.

ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business environments.

proficiency in ms office or google workspace tools.

preferred qualifications:

bachelor��s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.

basic understanding of wordpress, html, or web technologies (a plus but not mandatory).
