JOB DESCRIPTION
#Business_Development_Executive
* Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's revenue and profitability
* Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
* Develop proposals and presentations to pitch the products and services to potential clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information
* Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
* Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the organization's brand
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience of 2 years in business development or telesales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
