Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and confident Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and closing business deals.
Leads will be provided by the internal team the BDMs main responsibility will be to convert those leads into successful partnerships and ensure client satisfaction within a positive, pressure-free work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with pre-qualified leads shared by the lead generation team.
Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet business goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and closures.
