Job Description

core responsibilities

1. strategic prospecting & lead generation

market research: conduct thorough research to identify new market segments, target customers, and potential business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.

lead identification: generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, social selling, and targeted outreach campaigns.

qualification: qualify leads rigorously to determine their fit, needs, and budget, ensuring a high-quality sales pipeline.

2. relationship management & sales cycle

client engagement: initiate contact and build long-term, trusting relationships with potential and existing high-value clients and stakeholders.

needs analysis: deeply understand client challenges and requirements, and effectively articulate the company's value proposition and product/service solutions to meet those needs.

presentations & proposals: develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and comprehensive, customized business proposals.

negotiation & closure: lead the negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing to successfully close complex business deals and secure new revenue.

3. reporting & collaboration

pipeline management: maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and customer database using crm software (., salesforce, hubspot).

performance reporting: track key performance indicators (kpis), analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales forecasts and activity reports for senior management.

cross-functional collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and the product/service teams to relay market feedback and client needs.
