job description:- are you eager to kickstart a rewarding career in sales? we're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as sales executive trainees. in this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

on-the-job training (ojt): you will undergo a comprehensive 7-day unpaid training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in sales.

sales targets: during the training period, you will be responsible for meeting specific sales targets (minimum of 2 sales) to demonstrate your understanding of the sales process.

appointment letter: upon successful completion of the ojt and meeting the sales targets, you will receive your final appointment letter, marking the beginning of your exciting journey with us.

payroll commencement: your payroll will commence from the day your appointment is confirmed, ensuring you are compensated for your hard work and dedication.

qualifications:

high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)

strong communication and interpersonal skills

eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
