1. Purpose of Job :
€¢ Drive business growth for the company€™s API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) portfolio within the Indian domestic market.
€¢ Identify and develop new business opportunities with formulation companies, traders, and contract manufacturers/Channel Partners.
€¢ Strengthen customer relationships to enhance retention and revenue.
€¢ Monitor market trends and provide strategic inputs for product positioning and pricing.
€¢ Support management in achieving annual sales and profitability targets.
2. Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for APIs in the domestic market.
€¢ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
€¢ Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and supply agreements with customers.
€¢ Coordinate with internal departments (production, QA/QC, logistics, and regulatory affairs) for smooth execution of customer requirements.
€¢ Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
€¢ Ensure compliance with all applicable documentation and regulatory requirements for domestic API sales.
€¢ Represent the company in industry exhibitions, conferences, and professional forums.
