responsibilities:
identify and connect with potential students through calls, visits, events, and leads.
explain course details, fee structure, placement support, and institute benefits.
convert enquiries into admissions by effective counselling and follow-up.
coordinate and conduct seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities.
build partnerships with schools, colleges, and community groups.
maintain enquiry database, follow-up records, and daily/weekly reports.
achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
support marketing campaigns, social media activities, and outreach programs.
represent the institute professionally during events and counseling sessions.
requirements:
qualification: any degree
experience: 0–2 years in sales/education counselling/business development
strong communication and presentation skills
good convincing ability and admission conversion skills
basic computer skills (ms office, crm, google sheets)
willingness to travel locally for field activities
target-driven attitude and customer-friendly approach
