Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDE or in a similar sales role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate and convert leads
• Good understanding of sales processes and client handling
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
