### *Role Overview*

You'll join the sales team to identify new opportunities, build relationships with learners/partners, and drive revenue growth in the education market. Open for freshers + 0-1 year experience 69b906f6dda3

### *Key Responsibilities*

- *Lead Generation & Qualification*: Connect with potential customers via calls, messages, cold calling, emails, and social media

- *Counseling & Sales*: Explain Tech Vedhu's courses, career programs, and training solutions to students/parents. Understand needs and recommend the right program

- *Relationship Building*: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for conversions and renewals

- *Presentations & Follow-ups*: Deliver product demos, sales pitches, and follow up with interested prospects to close enrollments

- *CRM & Reporting*: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools. Track sales data and share regular reports

- *Market Research*: Identify new opportunities, gather market insights, and competitor information

- *Target Achievement*: Meet daily/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals 06f6e94b16148edef7ac69b9

### *Requirements*

- *Education*: Bachelor's degree required. Any graduate. 2024/2025/2026 batches eligible

- *Skills*: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. English proficiency spoken + written. Sales-oriented mindset and target-driven

- *Languages*: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada preferred. Some roles require connecting in Tamil

- *Tech*: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Laptop, stable internet, and headset required for WFH
