Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Analyst/Senior Business

Analyst to help us build up our business activities. Business Analysts must have strong

analytical abilities and communication skills so as to deal with clients. Actively seek out

new sales opportunities through assigned leads, Prepare and deliver appropriate

presentations on products and services. Building a strong relationship with the old and

existing customers. Providing excellent client service to the client.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Understanding the products and services offered by the company.

2. Updating the database with all the clients information.

3. Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.

4. Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Manager.

5. Answering clients' questions in regard to products and services.

6. Effectively engaging with the clients and generating the set revenues.

7. Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales.

8. Focusing on building long-term relationships with clients.

9. Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated in CRM.

10. Conducting market research and keeping up-to-date with the knowledge of the market.

11. Have to prepare daily reports.

Requirement

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in any field.

2. Experienced candidates can apply.

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

5. Outstanding ability to follow scripts.

6. Ability to handle multiple tasks.

7. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

8. Ability to solve complex problems promptly.

9. Ability to deal with different personalities.

Salary- 10,000-18,000 (plus incentive)
