As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable recommendations for various projects and initiatives. By utilizing your analytical skills and in-depth understanding of business processes, you will help drive strategic decision-making and optimize the performance of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts, to elicit and document detailed business requirements for new projects, products, or process improvements.

Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business strategies and assist in data-driven decision-making.

Process Mapping: Map and document current and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency.

Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to discuss requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project objectives.

Business Case Development: Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed projects or initiatives, creating comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits, risks, and costs.

Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that address business challenges and align with overall organizational goals.

Testing and Validation: Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to develop test scenarios and ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements.

Change Management: Assist in the implementation of new systems, processes, or strategies, providing support to end-users and guiding them through the change.

Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness
