we are seeking experienced observers and advisers to join our team. as an observer and adviser, you will provide expert advice and guidance, observe and analyze business operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement recommendations. this is a fantastic opportunity to work from home and contribute to a meaningful cause.

responsibilities:

provide expert advice and guidance

observe and analyze business operations

identify areas for improvement

develop and implement recommendations

track team performance, evaluate monthly performance, and identify employee of the month

working hours:

2 hours/day, excluding 30 minutes before and after each obligatory 5 prayers

flexible work arrangements, with the option to work from home

fridays: special day with breaks during the day and afternoon, with optional night work

sundays: optional, choose to take the day off or work voluntarily
