job summary: we are seeking a dynamic and motivated retail salesperson to join our team. the ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, health & fitness and a strong understanding of wearable technology/products. you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

key responsibilities:

* manage the brand asset deployed in the store, ensure merchandising & plano as shared by the brand.

* greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the product.

* stay up-to-date with the latest wearable, it & csd technologies and trends.

* maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

* achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

* handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

* process transactions accurately and efficiently.

* collaborate with team members to ensure optimal store performance.

* participate in training sessions and product knowledge updates.

eligibility:

* must be undergraduate, high school diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 years of exp in fmcg/cosmetics & beauty.

* excellent communication and interpersonal skills – fluent english is must

* ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* well verse with the social media platforms.
