Job Description

Segment the market and identify potential direct clients, approach them and generate business through customized loan structure offerings that meet client requirements and also generate good margins for business

Deliver on sales targets for Business by building strong relationships in the DSA/ DST / Connector network

Carry out meetings and sales calls with prospective clients on a regular basis to source business

Drive faster TATs through effective loan sanctioning by building strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to expand channel presence and customer base

Track and report on sales operations and productivity metrics, and work towards building a high-performance sales culture

Actively participate in initiatives and contests driven by business team

Customer centric approach to liasion better with customers

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Aggressive sales approach

Good Knowledge of Sales Loan against Property (LAP) / Mortgage OR Secured Products

Good communication skills

Good convincing and negotiation skills

JOB OVERVIEW:

Drive MLAP sales in the region, overseeing all aspects from acquisition to client support and operational

reporting for optimal performance

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Reports to: Branch Manager

Reportees: Individual profile

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field

EXPERIENCE:

2-3 Years

Sourcing of New Business from direct source and open Market.

Guiding the Clients for obtaining Loan

Collect the document as per the requirement of loan

Follow up to customer regarding loan queries

To act as a productive resource by meeting targets

To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization

Maintaining good relationship with Home Finance team ensuring customer satisfaction

Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity

Preparing and maintaining MIS report

3-9 years experience in Micro Finance , Preferred in affordable Housing

Flexible to travel in India
