Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales & Target Achievement:
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the branch.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure corrective actions for gaps.
- Plan and execute local sales initiatives to boost market share.
2) Team Management & Development:
- Lead, motivate, train, and groom Sales Executives / VBAs / Promoters.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and on-job coaching.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of the branch team.
3) Branding & Market Execution:
- Ensure proper implementation of company branding, visibility, and VM guidelines.
- Coordinate local activations, promoter engagement programs, and schemes.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to HO.
4) Channel & Partner Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business partners.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth business operations.
- Expand the retail network within the assigned territory.
5) Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare and submit branch-level analytical reports (sales, productivity, market feedback).
- Maintain MIS using MS Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate with Head Office teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing) for smooth execution.
