Key Responsibilities
Branch Customer Service: Greet, assist, and manage walk-in customers at the branch; handle inquiries regarding account balances, fund transfers, and standard banking facilities.
CASA & Account Opening: Drive new customer acquisition by seamless onboarding, pitching account variants, and executing error-free documentation for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation: Analyze customer account behaviors and cross-sell retail financial products such as personal/car/home loans, credit cards, mutual funds, and life/general insurance.
Documentation & Compliance (KYC): Ensure strict adherence to banking regulatory frameworks by verifying customer identity proofs and completing mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation.
Portfolio Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with mapped branch customers; execute regular follow-up calls or emails to drive account balance retention and renewal of fixed deposits.
Queue & Operation Management: Coordinate with the branch cashiers, operations team, and Branch Manager to minimize customer wait times and ensure smooth floor management during peak operational hours.
