Job Role:
Nurture relationships with mapped clients for investment needs.
Track customer complaints and resolve escalated grievances on a day-to-day basis.
Conducting 3-4 client meetings daily for revenue generation.
Generating new sales leads through referrals from existing clients.
Increasing customer engagement through cross-selling investment and non-investment products.
Acquisition of new CASA customers.
Job Mandates:

1+ Yrs. exp. in CASA Acquisition/ Portfolio Management/Book Management from BFSI Industry
