The preferred Candidature:

1. 2-3 years of Team handling ( Employees) Experience in Life Insurance Sales

2. Life Insurance Sales Experience of Min 6-8 years mandatory in Agency channel.

3. Graduation Mandatory.

4. Should be hailing from the same region.

5. Should possess strong leadership and communication skills.

6. Aspirant of higher achievement.
