Roles and Responsibilities

• Has to Manage Team of 8 to 10 Sales Manager.

• Responsible to train Sales Manager.

• Understand his/her team and able to solve their problems.

• Motivate team to achieve monthly targets.

• Sales Manager will be recruiting agents and agents will generate business from markets.

• Conducting weekly performance reviews, and identifying action steps for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Mandate - Candidates only from Life Insurance Experience.

• Candidate should have minimum 4 years of life insurance experience.
