We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Branch Manager based in Baruipur. This role requires a graduate with 0-1 years of experience, specifically male candidates, to manage operations at our wholesale surgical goods branch.

As a Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will manage a team, train new employees, and ensure the branch meets sales targets by promoting our medical goods. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and up to date.

Required skills for this position include strong leadership and communication abilities, as you will interact with both team members and clients regularly. A good understanding of the medical goods industry will be beneficial. You should be comfortable with basic computer software for inventory and sales management.

This full-time position requires working at the office with fixed hours during weekdays. There may also be occasional fieldwork or travel involved to meet clients and suppliers. A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
