Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee the Banca Channel operations, ensuring effective business development and customer acquisition strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies for market expansion and growth.

Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and implement necessary development programs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, with a strong background in team handling.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful team.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Relevant certifications and licenses will be an added advantage.
